I have seen Queenie Lo on and off for a few years. I understand that in "talk" therapy, patents would have to "talk" through their issues. In the initial sessions, she would rephrase what I said, prompt for clarification and offer a few questions for me to ponder on for the next session. However, there were time that she almost dozed off when I was talking. In my last session, she simply sat there and listened to me talking without any feedback. And the only thing she said was "We have to stop here" . After I paid, she asked "would you come back again?" you bet!

She is nice and knowledgable but not experienced enough. However, I CAN'T see Dr Lo has the psychologist caring heart to help patients recover. She is more "doing the job" type of psychologist.

This Doctor was helpful, good insights. I did most of the talking sometimes. Once I wished she would say more. But overall she is professional and knowledgeable, especially with relationship advice.

Dr Lo seems ok but she seems to be very tired during each session and tends to close her eyes!

Dr Lo has a wonderful manner with children and adults. She is a superb listener and seems very intuitive. She was able to develop a good rapport with our child very readily. However, I found her interpretation of data in the context of a psycho-ed assessment quite confounding. A subsequent debrief did little to dispel the feeling that she really hadn't figured out our child. I have to conclude that Dr Lo is still a mid-career psychologist. I am sure she is excellent addressing a range of problems but I am not sure she had the experience for what we brought her. I would recommend her highly for assessing standard LD or giftedness - but not necessarily anything more complex on the behavioural/sensory spectrum.

Dr Queenie Lo is an amazing woman very soft spoken and seems to understand children she only had a few sessions with my child and knew him to the T. I have never seen a more caring individual. Dr queenie you really are a Queen keep doing what you are doing
