Amazing Dr and surgeon he is down to earth and easy to talk to. I love the concept of working with Dr Tabah and How in the joint thyroid clinic. He is an amazing surgeon. Easy to reach he will answer his emails really fast. He took me seriously when I was dismissed by another endocrinologist and has been a great source of support and humor.

Dr Mitmaker is incredibly skilled. He came highly recommended by one of his peers and he completely lived to the expectations. He takes the time to listen, takes you seriously, and will explain in detail the condition, his recommendation, etc.
His bedside manners are as great as his medical competence.

Dr. Elliot Mitmaker is a wonderful physician who has been following me for the past five years now. I was referred to him by my physician who had noticed an adenoma on my adrenal gland behind my right kidney. Dr. Mitmaker has been monitoring the growth of the adenoma and when it became apparent that the adenoma needed to be removed he made it his priority to do it immediately.
Every appointment with Dr. Mitmaker has been a great experience and my surgery was successfully completed. Every medical professional that I have spoken to has mentioned that he is very competent and experienced.
Furthermore, Dr. Mitmaker has always taken the time to explain the details of my condition and he has always been able to answer all of my questions regarding my condition.
In summary, I can honestly say that Dr. Mitmaker truly enjoys his work and his main goal is to offer the best possible care for his patients.

I am very happy to have Dr. Mitmaker involved in my health care and I would definitely recommend him.

The day of the procedure I was a little nervous but knowing exactly what to expect made new situation more comfortable. Once in the operating room, Dr. Mitmaker diligently reviewed my file with his surgical team while I was being prepared, surgery itself lasted within a scheduled span time……I’ve chosen “day surgery” (going home same day), Dr. Mitmaker returned to examine me at my bedside in Post Anesthesia Care Unit, as soon as his next surgery was completed and provided me with his observations during my operation. Dr. Elliot is very knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. He was and is still my doctor. He takes the time to explain to you your situation, listens carefully to you, present you with the options and their outcomes.
