I didn't like his chairside manner. I found he's arrogant and aloof and not interested in the work he needed to do for me. He's not liking to answer questions because he "knows" what's best. And it really does look like he writes his own reviews for himself.

“Dr. Jay” as he’s known at the dentist’s office is an amazing dentist. He is friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and punctual. He makes me feel comfortable and takes the time to answer any questions I may have and also explains the procedures he is about to perform. I trust him.

He's everything you wish for in a dentist, lovely personality and expertise. Honest. Doesn't exaggerate your problems.
