Brilliant man, cares about people. But likes to medicate. Also, he gets confused and mixed up a lot. He forgets and you have to repeat things, clarify things which he tends to get confused. Other drs have informed me has ADD and he has to take meds. If he takes his meds, he is sharp and attentive, they say. (Yes, I know. Hippa. But I was told it was true.). He is a very nice man, but sometimes rushes to diagnoses way too quickly. But if just need someone to talk to, he is cordial and friendly. He sees so many patients, not sure how he keeps all the events, stories separated in his mind. Some days he is very sharp and effective. Other days, he is rather loopy. But a caring man. Genuine. Friendly. Always, always late on apptmts. Another sign of ADD? Nothing wrong with having ADD, as that is not a mental deficiency at all. Just be prepared.
