Dr. Cozzi has the most unprofessional doctor's office that I have EVER been to in my life. He doesn't know how to talk to people and thinks it's ok b/c so many had bad experiences with Dr. Hedrick before he got caught. There is always a wait just to check in. I was in line to check in for 48 minutes and no one ever acknowledged that fact there was a lobby full of hurting people with standing room only. I even overheard the staff venting to each other and using vulgar language in front of the patients. He knows there aren't a lot of Pain Management Doctors that don't have NPs, especially when all you would see at Hedricks' office was an NP.
