I saw this man years ago for dizziness and vertigo and came out of the appointments (which were almost never with him but instead a physician assistant) with more than one incorrect diagnosis which other doctors I saw after could not believe anyone could ever possibly have even suggested let alone let me think I was living with for years. I was 22 years old and he convinced me I could die at any moment, and that I also had to have b12 shots and physical therapy at his office weekly. The only thing actually wrong with me was the b12, for which I could and in later years have injected myself at home. I literally stumbled on this page because 10 years later I am still furious and debating legal action for the years of my life I spent terrified I was going to die from a fake condition while being treated horribly by him and his staff,. He told me that no one else could ever have diagnosed me and that my case was so rare and special and I was a “celebrity” - nothing was wrong. One of his “solutions” to my deadly ailment was to recommend I buy down alternative pillows specifically from JC Penney - he even had his assistant print out a photo of the “right one.” I remember hysterically crying in front of all the physical therapists because I went every week and was missing all this work and nothing was changing or even seemed wrong other than muscle tension. I was young and the daughter of a doctor and I trusted the system. I fully support all the negative reviews here and was in fact in tears just now reading them because I now can see I wasn’t alone in what he did to me and wish I had spoken up years ago when I first found out it was all fake. I will be pursuing a complaint with the medical board of Washington where he practiced when he did this to me and will be writing a letter to Nevada’s medical board as well where he now practices. His miracle diagnostic skills aren’t what he arrogantly portrays them as and he is out for money. It took me over a year to get him to send my medical records to my new doctors and he refused outright to release them to me. Please please please stay away from this man and speak up if he has harmed you!!!

Horrible. Left me with 11K bills that I will not be able to pay (will ask him to pay, in court), as their office refused to assist me with providing documentation of medical necessity of test procedures prescribed, treating me like a second class person and told me that this doctor "never " calls patients back. Also, after I contacted him in writing asking to assist, in retaliation cancelled my appointment without notifying me, and changed it to unprofessional Nurse Practitioner instead (who didn't identify herself as NP until I pressed her). No notification was made for appointment cancellation and I drove there for 1 hours while being sick. Subhuman treatment at this office, beware of them. Also, this doctor prescribed me Lamictal with can have fatal side effects without telling me about this side effect, luckily I learned about side effects from a newspaper (!) before I started taking it.

Dr Heidi has moved to Reno, NV with out letting his patients know! I called the office to schedule a visit and all phone numbers were disconnected!! His new phone # in Reno 775-770-6465. I can't believe he would do this to his patients. Not even a letter was sent.

This doctor told me i should be having brain surgery and but that he wasn't going to because it was Christmas, and then his whole practice shut down. Meanwhile its been almost a year and I have yet to have another Dr. look at whatever he saw, and save my life, because no one believes that he told me during the test that he was cheating so he didn't have to send me to surgery,.

I think Dr Heide is bi-polar. He probably started out as a good Dr but now has too many irons on the fire...looking for the get rich quick scheme ect. . He should focus on neurology not PT/OT, nutrition, seminars, ect... His office is the Worst disorganized mess I've ever seen. Takes months to get a call back weeks to get a hold of reception to make an appointment this is true. His office manager is on the verge of a mental breakdown. Something is very wrong. Heard he also lost his priveleges at hospital. Treat yourself first Dr Heide then maybe you can truly and consistently help others.

Nepotism in the office referring you to his wife for services is not good business. Although I was diagnosed by two previous neurologists, Dr. Heide insisted they were wrong and ordered expensive tests to prove it. When they came back consistent with the other neurologists he still denied my condition and said it was due to me being old and overweight! He lost interest in me and became more interested in my relative who has a brain tumor and had driven me to the appointment. He also divulged private information about other patients by name. I should have known this narcissist was a mistake when he ran a video of his own seminars in his waiting room. His ego is bigger than justified. Staff turnover and poor training at the front desk made it impossible to get clear information.

I went to dr Hiede's office for numbness in my toes. It was very scary but they put me at ease. They were very caring and talked me through the process. I would highly recommend them for any service because they care about their patients.

Out of all the doctors I've seen, he is BY FAR the worst. He's arrogant, unhelpful, and seems to not want to find a cure for my problems. He likes to draw blood, the girls who drew mine joked that he has an 8 vile minimum, which is true. They were worried I was going to pass out from it. He really seems like he doesn't care about his patients.

I do not have any problems with Dr Heide. But his staff is horrible. No call backs. Very tough to get through. Some days are better than others.

I had an ultra sound by a guy named Rich. He condemned me for using Imitrex shots, and couldn't believe a Dr actually prescribed them. (BTW...they have been on the market over 20 years) He also told me he was sure I was misdiagnosed with Cluster headaches by three previous Neurologists. This was after knowing me for approximately 2 mins. He was arrogant and non educated. I will not be going back.
