' have not seen Billings in quite some time. There are Many things to besaid about this Practitioner, the Man, and his staff.. l was a patient for 10 yrs before he had staff. # 1- OFF the bat FACT * * This man saved my life, wlo his care I WOULD have killed myself or have killed myself or Od 'd. He truly cares about the wellbeing of his patients. When I had no INS he saw me anyway! ~ The Elephant in the room... his prescribing practices could be lose too lose, I was the first person he wrote his first benzodiapene Rx for. BUT it saved my life. A patient Does need to take some responsibility for their own care! Yes he became a bit Obsessed with thyroid, in my case it was OK ' am hypothyroid. But what matters at least to myself regarding rating a health provider ( being a certified Medical Assistant) is their Compassion, ability to Empathize and actually LISTEN to the patient. ~ And in this category 1 have never worked for or had any better than John Billings. Proud to be associated.
