Rather than being told to move closer to the end of the bed I was forcefully pulled down the bed by my legs. Also no warning of jamming speculum or finger up there and very roughly. Zero trauma informed care. Didn’t ask me questions and just said I was a candidate for surgery even without assessing me; no other options given. Then said the surgery probably wouldn’t help anyways. Didn’t answer any of my questions just made me feel stupid for even asking because “it could be worse.”

Zero integrity Dr. Jenise W YUE = late 45 minutes 1st visit, 40 minutes 2nd visit, 45 minutes 3rd visit. Spends 8 minutes to give you a brochure. Entitled, disrespectful.

I went to see her two years ago and it was a very bad experience. I was arranged by the family doctor to see her after I accidentally miscarried. When I asked her how to prepare for the next pregnancy, she didn't give me any medical advice. Instead, she said disgustingly that I should use less brain and more vagina. As a woman, she even said harshly that my problem is the sadness of middle-aged women. I have never been treated so rudely. She hurt me more than the pain of miscarriage. I was very sad and angry, and I got depression. She is a professional doctor, but treats patients as cold and arrogant as a product.

The problem I have with them is the callback and staff. I missed a call once and the staff was rude asking why I missed the call... I don't think it matters? I missed the call.
I just needed a call back just about hormone pills, which I really need, and now I have to wait another month just to quickly talk about it??

She is knowledgeable and humorous. Her assistant Lily is responsible too. I visited more than 5times during pregnancy, the average waiting time is about 10 minutes, it’s not that bad like other said. Appreciate her help for delivering my baby.

余醫生能說中英文, 溝通很方便. 人很和善, 但說話直接, 帶有小諷刺的幽默. 雖等待近一小時看診, 但面診我有近20來分鐘也算值了. 解答我的疑惑, 並且為我做了幾項檢查. 很感謝她! 有地下停車場很方便. 推薦~
