Don't visit Dr. Rubisch, he cares more about stuffing his pockets with your money than your care! My insurance denied his claim because he was out of network...just changed in 2021 as I've seeing him for years. So what does he do...let's add 225% to the insurance charge and bill that to me. Shame on you discounting to the insurance company and charging me extra $200 more. How rich do you need to be!

This doctor was very nice and easy to talk to. He was very punctual and the staff was really nice.

My wife called in and asked if they take our insurance and they said yes. I go in for a cleaning which my dental insurance covers and then we get a bill charging us $189 after a discount for the insurance. Now we learned that we should of ask are you "contracted or not with our dental insurance." She should have clarified with us when we asked if they take our insurance "Yes we take your insurance but we are not contracted with them." "What does that mean," my wife would have asked. "It basically means it will cost more because you don't get to use the benefit of your dental insurance" I could have gone somewhere else and it would of cost me NOTHING!
