Waited 3 hours to see him. Very rude and arrogant. I was there with my son for his appointment. Wouldn't allow me to ask any questions and threatened to throw me out.

ça fait binetôt 30 ans que je vois ce médecin. Très sympatique, connaissant et fais un très bon travail. Je le recommande sans hésitation!

First time visit, the doctor is soft spoken, great bed side manner, knows what he is talking about. pleasant and takes time with patient.

Horrible experience. Arrogance and rushed. He botched my surgery. Take your money and see a surgeon with a good reputation !

Service Horrible!!
Inacceptable comme manière de traiter les patients, on se sent comme un numéro avec Bruno Mastropasqua!

Pour une simple consultation, tu peux attendre plus d'un an pour un rdv(!!!),
au public, tu arrives à l'heure, tu attends
2 heures pour le voir, il entre dans la pièce en courant d'air, accueil froid et peu respectueux, sans explications, sans excuses pour le délai, attitude arrogante et AUCUNEMENT compatissante, visiblement désintéressé.

Il n'offre que très peu de solutions à une pathologie complexe, et celles-ci relèvent d'une médecine archaïque..Ce qui semble démontrer que le Dr. Mastropasqua n'est pas à jour dans ses connaissances des traitements récents et modernes en la matière. De plus, ses réponses sont évasives et simplistes aux questions que l'on peut lui poser sur les procédés médicaux possibles, existants, qui pourraient remédier à la pathologie.

À MES YEUX, CE MÉDECIN N'EST PAS PROFESSIONNEL. IL NE DÉMONTRE QUE TRÈS PEU DE CONSIDÉRATION À L'ÉGARD DE SES PATIENTS ET, N'OFFRE QU'UN TEMPS << CALCULÉ >> DURANT LA CONSULTATION. J'APPELLE ÇA DE LA MÉDECINE EXPÉDITIVE, <<À LA CHAÎNE>>
RIEN DE MOINS!!

JE SUIS PROFONDÉMENT CHOQUÉ ET INSTATISFAIT DE MA CONSULTATION AVEC CE CHIRURGIEN, QUI M'A SEMBLÉ PLUTÔT ÊTRE DANS CE MÉTIER POUR L'ARGENT ET LE PRESTIGE DE LA CARRIÈRE, QUE DE VOULOIR AIDER VÉRITABLEMENT SES PATIENTS!!

UNE JOURNÉE DE TRAVAIL GÂCHÉE ET UNE ATTENTE DE PLUS D'UN AN POUR UN RDV QUI S'EST AVÉRÉ COMPLÈTEMENT INUTILE!

Lousy 'bedside' manner. Impossible to ask questions without him saying... 'I have no time for that right now'. Seems like he only has time to accept as many patients as possible to fulfill his daily quota so that he can make more money! Very rude at times... I felt intimidated to ask questions! All in all, he didn't repair my hand injury, (after 3 separate surgeries), which I now have to live with for the rest of my life! If you are given an appointment with him... run away, run fast! Get someone who cares about his patients and less about himself.
