I thought she moved to Florida years ago, found out she was back, then gone again...... Very strange!!!

Good luck even finding Dr. Lenk as of today, 8/3/2015. She was last at Cedar Plaza Parkway, 63128. Not any more. Nothing in the mail about a location change or a way to contact her. Most of the info online is no longer reverent, such as location, phone number. Makes me wonder why doctors change locations so often. Now, of course, I have no idea how to contact her for an appointment.

My mother has been a patient of Dr. Lenk's for about five years. In March the office called needing to cancel her appointment. I was told to call back in May to reschedule. Well, when I tried to do that I was told by a temp that she was not taking appointments at this time. I guess I need to find Mom a new doctor.

I have asked Dr. Lenk to call concerning MRI results. It has been months and haven't heard back. Relaying my results is apparently no immediate concern to her. I ask for a morning appointment so I don't have to, again, wait an hour after my scheduled appt. This time, I waited 30 minutes and was the first appt. of the day. Jean, her secretary is very nice and helpful.

I went to see Dr. Lenk for migraines. She sent me to have a very expensive test done - which I did. Test turned out fine. I then had a very simple follow up question. I have left 3 messages with her/her staff to call me back and I have received no call back yet. I've been trying for over a month now to get an answer. Sad thing is, on their voicemail they say they will return calls that day or the very next business day. Never before have I had a doctor totally disregard my question. I will NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. Absolutely zero customer service and zero customer concern. Thanks for nothing, I will take my business elsewhere, to a doctore who cares.

After expressing my concerns about the test she had ordered, she screamed at me saying, and I quote: "I don't appreciat this type of questioning". I respectfully fired.

I have gone to Dr. Lenk for many years but found out she just wants to give you medication or not really find out what the root of the problem it. I don't think that is good. I have migraines and other issues that she decided was not a big issue. Giving someone pills to take care of the issue will not resolve anyones problems. Taking care of them will.

i felt that she could not figure out what was wrong, just pushed more and more medication, and did not give me a proper diagnosis. they were very friendly and easy to approach...

Dr. Lenk provided some of the best care I have received from any medical professional. She cared about what was best for me and my needs and did not simply push different treatments on me.

Dr. Lenk has been extremely helpful and cooperative. She has helped with my migraines and fibromyalgia. She is willing to continue to try many different approaches since I have been allergic to a variety of medications and have additional health concerns. One has to realize it takes time and a patient's willingness to be open to follow directions in order to get well. Dr. Lenk will hang in there with you.
