Went two times so far for teeth cleaning. The lady went in too deep with the suction tube and both times were painful. The doctor talked while examinating without having the mask on. Of course my mouth was wide open. I also did filling on one of my teeth and it was an ridiculous experience. the lady who helped out poked my throat all the time. I gaged at least 4 times but tried to stay calm. She didn't ask or care about it. Asked me to open my mouth wider rudely and impatient, but my mouth is fairly tired after open wider and wider and wider along the pain for continuous 30 mins. They told me the estimated charge before I came in for the filling and told me a complete different number to pay at the end. I didn't know why and what makes the difference, but they insisted that's the number. I will never go back again.

did not like the experience at all, staff not very knowledgeable, the assistant walks out the room with her gloves on and keeps the same ones when she walks back into the room and works on me, and not considerate at all, will not go back anymore its not the same staff, did not like it at all

Waited 4 hours. Dr. Muran insisted I wait as "it wouldn't be long". His office verified my insurance coverage and by copay portion. After services completed, "suddenly it was found out that they had erred in checking my dental benefits, and had I waited a week it would have been covered in full by our insurance. Instead they handed me a ridiculous bill and insisted on payment immediately. Very poor office staff--incompetent to say the least. Dr. left most of work to a foreign lady who used to be a Columbia dentist but didn't have enough credentials to even be a hygienist here is USA--her words, not mine. Very painful experience overall. There are great, compassionate, pain-free dental professionals out there--just not this one. :( Keep looking.

Did not like pressure of upselling services and x-rays that were not necessary. After switching dentists wanted $18 per patient to copy x-rays even when new office offered to make the actual copies for free. Be very way of becoming a patient of Muran.
