The friendliest most helpful and professional team I've ever seen. I've been working with various gastros and their staff over the last 25 years and Dr Leung and her staff are by far the best.

Nobody should ever be left to suffer in the hands of this monster. She is incompetent. I have zero faith in her. She ignores symptoms until it’s way too late to treat. Makes decisions without consulting patient. Jumps onboard to new drugs with zero regard for patient well being. I implore you to steer clear of this uncaring, incompetent, unprofessional waste of space.

Dr Leung saw my 92 yo mother twice; I am a family physician and went with her both times. Dr Leung was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. She listened patiently, gave information in a confident, clear, non -jargon-y way so that my mother understood. She immediately put my mother at ease (which is no small feat as my mother has been well all her life and has no patience for visiting doctors!). She never gave any impression of being rushed and was incredibly attentive and helpful. Not to mention she is funny as heck and incredibly charming! My mother loves her, and said she felt very well taken care of. She commented that it's not like a doctor's appointment - Dr Leung makes you feel like you've just had a wonderful visit as well as inspiring confidence in her medical care. I have worked with hundreds of physicians in 5 different provinces/territories over 30 years, and I recommend Dr Leung without hesitation. What a gem!

Dr. Leung lacks sincerity. She is all talks and so fake. She has problems admitting to her mistakes. Run away if you can. Her receptionist is nice tho.

Dr Leung is infuriating as a physician. I travelled a long way to see her and she couldn't be bothered to look up any test results or reports. She has no problem reminding me that I've made the "wrong choice" of biologic, and told me outright that my condition will never improve. She is rather incompetent: phoned me when I was in the office for an in-person appointment, neglected to arrange any follow ups or communicate with any of the other physicians I asked her to speak with. Very disappointing experience.

Horrible punctuality. Schedules telephone or video appointments but doesn't end up calling. Constantly behind schedule for in-office appointments or procedures. Her office assistant is incompetent -- I would rate 0 stars for staff if I could. The only thing this doctor has going for her is knowledge, and her resources through St. Pauls. She comes across as personable and compassionate, but it lacks sincerity. The IBD nurses are great, but glad I switched doctors.

Awful physician. Did not arrange follow up and clearly didn't understand what she was talking about when I asked her a few questions about a new biologic. Secretary was good though.

She has no problem not telling you what you’re test’s results were or what’s going to happen next an the office never gets back to you when you leave message pretty disappointed
