He is one of the most thoroughly competent physicians I have ever met. He is calm, complete and takes as much time with a patient as is necessary. He is more than difficult to reach directly, although his staff will respond quickly. When he tells you to call back if you are having complications, there is no use expecting him to get back with you. His highly trained staff is prompt,friendly and responsive. I just wish he would call back himself. His office is a little slow in approving the refill of medication, but much better than others. He may be slow because so many of his patients love, appreciate and value him.
