Wish I could do zero stars. Was misdiagnosed as having thyroid cancer. Asked for a retest and was told again I had cancer. Had thyroid removed and it showed NO cancer, thank God. However I am now having to take thyroxine for the rest of my life due to this doctors negligence!

Dr. Rene is very moody and consistently very late. My experience has been she is at least 1 hour late even after I asked for an appointment where i did not have to wait. I thought early in the AM or right after lunch but to no avail. I was supposed to be be given a referral to a surgeon after my first visit. I even called to remind them but still no referral. At my second appointment, Dr. Rene told me the same that she discussed the first time and claimed that she did not order a referral for a surgeon even though both my wife and I hear her state this. The second visit I complained to Dr. Rene about the wait time and the lack of a referral, she immediately turned cold and stated all conversation in a matter of fact way. She left to get me the referral I requested from the first visit and someone from her staff returned with a few names scribbled on a piece of paper. I asked the front desk for clarification and they said they would have to call me later with the details. I actually received a call later but was talked over by the office manager and told that Dr. Rene was no longer seeing me so it was their policy to not refer me to anyone if I wasn't coming back to them. I wasted many hours and $80.00 out of my pocket... don't waste your time with Dr. Rene!!

FIRST OFF, I would like to say that even if you arrive 45 minutes or 30 minutes before your appointment time, you will STILL be seen literally 2 hours after your appointment time. Ridiculous! I cannot believe that even though my appointment was at 10:30, I was seen at 1 pm. I had to wait in the treatment room for over an hour. That is pathetic. And when I looked across my room, there was also someone else waiting too. I had all my paperwork filled out too before hand. Next, the front office staff at Newnan Location seem very absent-minded. The new lady did not know what she was doing and seemed nervous when helping us out. The doctor came inside, didn't even apologize for coming in late or whatsoever. She talked down to us as if we didn't know anything about our prognosis. I hate when doctors do that. I wouldn't say she is friendly, but she is MOODY. She didn't like it when I would ask questions, obviously. You can tell from her face she would get irritated or mad. Doctors are there so patients can ask questions, by the way, as many as we'd like. They are our source of info. Condescending, moody, not helpful because she didn't know the answers to our main question. Give this doctor a miss and find another place. The place is horrible from staff to punctuality, to attitude to doctor. We patients don't have time on a work day to take a whole half day off just to see a doctor who isn't even worth seeing ever again.

The staff is horrible there. The office manager is very rude and by far the worst of all the staff members. Basically your paying for someone to treat you like poorly everytime you go. The office manager talks about you were everyone can hear so all your records are not private. This vilation of our rights. They need to get rid of her. If she can't keep our medical records safe and private there is no way to know how private all of our financial records are either. When you talk with the doctor's about the concerns you have nothing is ever done about it. They apparently don't care that what they are doing is actually against the law. I would rather see a foot doctor for my thyroid condition than have my medical and financial records this unsafe.

Should lose her license for incompetence! Staff is rude, office manager does not return calls. They are unaware of your chart and medical history. Confuse you with other patients. Constantly 45 minutes behind if not longer. After 3 years of treatment I am worse off than when I started with her. One visit elsewhere and I am regulated!!!! Should be investigated for incompetence.

Well, you will always spend no less than 45 mins. waiting, STAFF IS A MESS, won't return calls, provides incorrect information, talks about patients in areas where others can hear there comments, rude and inefficient, incompetence abounds. RUN< RUN< RUN.

Horrible experience. Dr. Rene wouldn't even come into exam room because I had my service dog with me. Spoke to from entry to door. No personal time with her. I was very uncomfortable talking about my issues where others could overhear. Staff was lack luster. Will not go back.

I was in to see Dr. Rene today for a follow up visit. She has always been so helpful and kind to me with my concerns in regards to my thyroid problem. She is very personable and gracious to me each time I have been to her office. I feel very confident with her knowledge of my issue. I have recommended her to friends that have a thyroid problem. Her office staff is much better than my first visit…she is very much aware of the problems and is addressing those problems. I have a lot of respect for Dr. Rene. I consider a friend.

Serious staff problems . Doctor consistantly late for appointment. Doctor refused to return call to discuss problems with staff. Always late to answer phones I.E. calls still routed to answering service during office hours. Staff issue causing me to have to reschedule appointment twice in less than six months. Staff giving incorrect information and not doing what they said would do. Majority of staff very rude as if my asking a question was a total inconvience to them.

Very poor team. My prescriptions were all wrong and not called in correctly. Staff had an attitude. The did not make me feel like an important person. They told me before the appointment that they could cover all my medical needs but then would only treat my diabetes. I will never see this clinic or doctor again!
