My Attorney referred me to this Dr.Samniego after an auto accident injured my back. I never saw the Dr. Instead he had me visit a David Ortiz who held himself out to be a Dr. licensed in Texas. He said I needed therapy in order to treat the injury after 4 months of treatment and my condition remained the same, David Oriz referred me to another Dr. It was discovered in the next Dr. that David Ortiz had misdiagnosed my injury. I received a $4,000+ bill for worthless treatment. The medical records were fraudulently signed by Dr. Samniego who never examined or saw me as a patient. I strongly advise anyone to not trust him and his fraudulent clinic.
