PLease beware! Dr, Feher's license to practice dentistry in the State of MI was suspended in July 2020 due to negligence, incompetence, failure to conform to minimal standards of care, mental and physical inability to practice in a safe manner, and being "impaired to the extent of lacking sufficient understanding or capacity to make or communicate informed decisions" and "totally without the capacity to care for himself." He was appointed a legal guardian. I'm not sure if his license has been reinstated. I think not! I like others, have been to Dr. Feher ( Oct. 2019) and had some of the same observations: the office was unclean with medical certificates taped to the wall in the waiting area with old outdated furniture. The tools in the care area looked antiquated and it needed a good ole fashioned scrubbed down as did the "good doctor" as he appeared disheveled (as though he had just gotten up from bed) and feeble. I had to ask him not to put a piece of gauze in my mouth after I had seen him get it from the bare counter. He did use a clean piece of gauze after my comment but made a snide remark with a bit of an attitude. But....I felt absolutely no pain during my extraction or afterwards and he gave me plenty of pain meds which I didn't really need. And his prices were the lowest. I recall praying that I didn't contract anything from his office and vowed to never go back. But here I am today (11/1/2021) needing a root canal and looking for the lowest price. I guess God was looking out for me by allowing me to learn of his suspension to practice dentistry. He was looking out for some of you as well. I pray that Dr, Feher is well as I know he must have been a blessing to some patients during his many years in practice but it seems time to hang up the white coat and enjoy his retirement. I pray that no one suffered any long term damage or trauma due to his care or lack thereof. Peace and Blessings to you all!
