I have been seeing Dr. Allen for about 5 years. I have always found her and her staff to be friendly and helpful.

This office will test you for things you never asked them to and will charge you for it. I am extremely unhappy with this office and would not recommend them to anyone. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!!

It's inconceivable to me that a physician would be so difficult to schedule an appointment with. Clearly, building a cliental is not a priority for Dr. Allen. If you don't mind scheduling with one of her PA or the other Dr. on her staff or an uninterested appointment time, strictly business when Dr. Allen is available, she's the doc for you!

I was extremely unsatisfied with Dr Allen. Since she plasters her office with Sports Medicine I assumed she could help me with my running related injury. She did not provide me with any answers, and did not refer me to a specialist. In fact, I am still waiting to hear from her (10 days after my visit) reguarding my x-ray. She did give me a prescription which I found would have hindered the healing process rather than help it. I scheduled an appointment with another physician and found I have a stress fracture. If Dr. Allen could not diagnose a broken bone, I am concerned about her helping others with more life threatening situations (cancer, heart problems ect.) She still has not returned any of my phone calls although I have already received a bill.

The receptionist was very nice from the second I walked through the door. Almost immediately I saw the assistant for the usual weigh in ect. She was really nice. Then I sat in the room and Dr. Allen came in promptly. She was extremely nice and helpful. She answered all of my questions with a smile. I have never been to an office where EVERYONE was so nice. I will be using Dr. Allen as my primary doctor from now on!

I could never get an appointment to see her directly. I was always given one of her assistants. I had been a patient of hers since I was 12. My dad said I saw her once or twice but I don't remember her and I wouldn't recognize her if I saw her. I left her after arguing with her billing department. I hadn't been in for most of college, but I was having some back pain, so I scheduled an appointment. They couldn't find my records, even though I told them they were with my fathers. They billed me as a new patient and kept trying to say my dad was my husband. I found a much better doctor.

My husband went in to Dr. ALlen and got some meds for an illness. We had planned to go to Vegas for the following weekend and I wanted to make sure my husband could partake in some beverages while we where gone, so I called and asked if he could drink alchol while on these meds and she said that it would be just fine and there would be no reaction. After being in Vegas 3 days my husband ended up in the hospital emergancy room with a horrible reaction to the mixture of drinking and the meds. I should have sued her. Maybe I still will. She will never treat anyone I know again.

She is not very sympathetic. I usually go in there with my mother and she is nice to me then, but when I go in there by myself she is very rude and doesn't listen to what you have to say. Basically you walk in there is $30 less and you still don't know what is wrong with you except you have a prescription in your hand.
