Such a bad experience. The staff really hates her job she was unhelpful. Had to call twice as we did not get a callback when trying to book, waited 3hrs and when we call to follow up; we were told that the doctor did not see us because of the competition of the issue. He wanted something simple and easy to deal, which was something I didn't expect from a specialist. Makes you think what kind of doctor this person is. Definitely would not recommend him to anyone except your enemy!

My dad is seeing Dr Lee and I have to say the receptionist whoever she is, is a buzzkill. Literally the minute you hear her speak, she sound like she hates her job and the world. I dunno whether she was having a bad day but to have someone who is impatient and blunt as a receptionist is terrible for business.

Dr Lee is possibly the most dismissive, condescending and defensive doctor I have ever met. His bedside manner is appalling, he lacks empathy and understanding and his clinical knowledge is questionable.
He welcomes questions, however when you ask, he treats you like you're questioning his integrity- using statements like "You should just do what I say because I am the Doctor"; "You need to look at the glass half full instead of glass half empty"; "you need to be patient"; rather than listening to your concerns and working with you to find a solution.
I gave him the benefit of the doubt after the first appointment, ended up seeing him three times- my concerns and opinion did not waver. At the end of each appointment he also continued our private conversation as we walked out of his office into the reception area so the receptionist and any other clients in earshot could hear. Extremely unprofessional and rude.I have since sought a second opinion from another dermatologist who also questioned Dr Lee's treatment methods. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Am flabbergasted to read negative reviews of Dr Lee. I've found him very easy to relate to and have always felt very comfortable in his presence, including when being operated on by him. No-one can expect all treatments for all skin conditions to be 100% successful (that's just the nature of the beast) but I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Lee to anyone.
