VERY poor service. Used to be good. Hasn't been for many years. NEVER on time. Today I start looking for a new doctor.

We've been with Dr. Lim for over 20 years since his original practice in Maple Ridge. He has always tried to be helpful but over the last few years he has become overburdened by patients and is unable to provide the level of care that he once delivered. His staff are a big problem as well. Very rude and not understanding at all. I've also noticed that he hasn't really focused on keeping his knowledge up to date and wait times in his clinic are extensively long. More often than not, he sends patients for tests rather than being able to diagnose their issues.

Dr. Lim has been my doctor since he took over his brother's practice. He's simply the best. He takes the time to answer any questions related to why I am there that day and I try to be respectful of his time as well. His MOA is super efficient and treats everyone the same.

I've been seeing Dr. Lim for over 20 years and he's always been great! Can take a while to get an appointment for non urgent issues, but that's true of most GPs nowadays.
