Most G.Ps allow their knowledge to become outdated, especially on areas that are not of interest to them. Dr Busch is different though, he has an in-depth knowledge of all the areas I have consulted him on. He is very good with psych meds. Better than most psychiatrists. And I have seen a fair number of psychiatrists.
