Waited 1 year for appointment. Report was not forthcoming after 2 months. Called and was informed that 500 reports had gone missing. The doctor does not make any notes on the examination and as a result another appointment had to be made. As a result of this the child has lost another year in which she is unable to obtain extra assistance from the school. The doctor made no attempt to inform us of the problem.
