Updated review to the ones below. Root canal failed caused excess pain and tooth needed to be pulled removed. End result, we will NEVER go to this character again. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. On top of it all he whistled for approx. 40-plus minutes without stopping. Very strange it appeared to say the least and the end results were horrific.

Was in there today with wife. We both agree he is great. I had three root canals done from him already all worked out great. Highly recommend. Old school awesome expert dentist with white glove touch. Staff great too.

Office full of mold should be closed down the smell hits you so hard when you walk inside. Not to mention the awful walk way and ramp that is defiantly not up to safety standards. The office it self is old outdated and dingy. If you’re not afraid of a dirty root canal theres your spot. The dr was beyond rude, you could even hear him yelling at the staff from the parking lot. He was extremely dismissive, rude, didn’t care to even respond to a “Hi How Are You” and wouldn’t mind to entertain any sort of conversation before the procedure but he had no issue being very rude and alarming as he got angry with me for clearing my throat. He’s clearly never heard of being a decent human being. I wouldn’t let anyone go there let alone family or friends, don’t waste your time find someone else and you’ll be thankful.

Dr. Blonder is outstanding! His office personnel the same! They were very quick to get me in for an appointment and very professional the entire visit. With his decades of experience, and it shows, he did an outstanding job once again on my very difficult root canal. With novacaine administered, I never even felt a pinch from the needle any of the times. He is very professional and well versed in all aspects of dentistry. I highly recommend him! Give him and his office a chance an you will see for yourself!

I booked an appointment with the doctor because I was in pain and he had the first open appointment. I wish i did more research. His bedside manner was .... lacking. Additionally he could not do any work on me because after he got me a little numb, when he tried to get me more numb he kept making me gag. Instead of trying to go in from a different angle, or numbing a different area, or even waiting a minute for the shot he gave me to start working, he kept trying to do the same thing over and over again and getting visibly frustrated every time he made me gag. When I couldn't keep from gagging he helpful explained that it is the tongue that makes you gag not your cheek, and that he doesn't understand why I am gagging. He then recommended that I should see someone that could put me under fully for a root canal. I have unfortunately had a fair amount of dental work in my day, root canals, cavities, crowns etc and never once had a doctor only be able to partially numb me and then make me gag over and over. And I have never experienced any dental professionals that got visibly frustrated with a patient because the doctor didn't have the deftness of hands to avoid a gag reflex in the dozen or so times he tried. It was very unprofessional and quite frankly a little scary to watch him get more and more frustrated. Thankfully I have an appoint with someone who appears to be a much better rated and hopefully more professional endo on Wednesday. I would recommend that if there is anybody else that takes your insurance use them.

This was my first visit with Dr. Blonder as he was recommended by my dentist for a root canal. The receptionist and the assistant were lovely. They were nice and respectful. Dr. Blonder on the other hand was cold, rude and dismissive. He got annoyed at me for expressing discomfort and needing a break. He never once asked during the procedure if I was doing ok. I had to ask him questions about it beforehand and he seemed annoyed to answer and actually answered me condescendingly. When he gave me a break for a minute he told me, “That’s it. I am done! Go elsewhere to have the rest of the treatment”. I have to admit I wasn’t coming back anyways but if your expecting a good bedside manner, this is not your guy. If your expecting a kind natured man as he is cutting open your gums, this is not your guy. And if you can’t stand constant whistling while he is in your mouth, this is NOT you man! I am not sure which was worse the fact he was non stop whistling or the fact that we’re in the middle of a pandemic and he is now pushing his germs right into my face. Oh and he was supposed to send over a script to my pharmacy for antibiotic and guess what? He never did!

Overall, a great experience. Dr. Blonder and staff were professional, friendly and punctual. They were also all in PPE so I felt safe there. There were also no crowds so I didn't have to worry about distancing. He even called the next day to make sure I was doing ok!

I had a great experience with Dr. Blonder. He and his staff were friendly and say me right at my scheduled time. This was my first root canal and I was expecting it to be very painful, but I literally had almost no pain, very impressed! I was a little worried about seeing a dentist right now, but he and his staff were well covered with PPE and I felt very safe!
