Dr. Arato is without a doubt one of the best family doctors in BC. I have been with her for years and she is always punctual, respectful, THOROUGH, knowledgable and caring. She has no qualms about spending time with you to get to the bottom of your issues. She exemplifies the epitome of what a family physician should be. I appreciate and applaud her work ethic. Dr. Arato should be proud of the level of care she provides.

She saved my life when I was in the clinic the day that I had acute pain ( bile duct obstruction). She told my husband to take me to the nearby hospitalEmergency Department right away and at the same time she faxed her diagnosis of my acute pain . When we arrived there, doctors and stretcher was already stand by for me. If it was delayed of my treatment then I would be died.

Thank you so much for her kindness, concern and judgement to save my life!

LOVE THIS DOCTOR. She spends enough time with you to make you feel you're heard. Explains everything to you and does not hesitate to refer you to a specialist or receive any testing to ensure you're healthy!

Dr. Arato is an amazingly, honest and caring physician! She is unique in that she clearly understands medicine and if she doesn’t know the answer she will refer to a specialist. I have never met another physician like her and she is so knowledgeable.
Love this doctor!!
She is also a mother and so she understands and can relate to many situations 💕

Absolutely love Dr. Arato. Longest I've had to wait was 30 mins. She tries to inform you of treatment involving medications and not involving medications (incase you're tight on money). She also asks for advice from her other colleagues in the field if she's not sure of a certain conditon. Also, she has referred me to a number of specialists who have treated me right away when needed. Absolutely love her and hope that one day she can open her own clinic.
