Dr. Kutz installed Venacava filter. He ignored FDA rules that it should be removed within a one year period. After over 18 months he and his team put me under in the waiting room before transport to surgery. I was brought to in the waiting room and told the filter could not be removed because my right venal artery was blocked, but not to worry as spider veins had grown around the blockage. I asked Dr. Kutz what would happen he said if it clogged I would get Edema? He said leg swelling. When I asked to see the pictures he handed me a form to pay to see my medical info saying nothing could be done. I contacted a vascular surgeon who took it out.I still at this date have not seen any flow data for my right venal artery. Dr. Kutz was
