I happen to really like Dr. Borror but submitted my ratings as honestly as possible.
Pros:
Dr. Borror is very knowledgeable and truly cares about the medical wellbaing of her patients. She always take the time to explain things and and treats patients with dignity and respect.
Cons:
You will never speak with Dr. Borror on the phone and she will never return a telephone call. You always have to make an appointment if you even want to talk to her. This can be time consuming and expensive. Prescription medications, even for even for maintenance prescriptions, can take days to receive and sometimes must be sent repeatedly by the pharmacy. To make the process even more frustrating, her voicemail says that she will not accept patient calls for refill requests and to have the pharmacy fax a request?!?!?

All in all most times the good far outweighs that bad and she is a pleasure to deal with.

Dr. Borror is very personable, caring, and knowledgeable. She runs late, probably because she does not act rushed when she is with you. She takes her time. Schedule early in the morning to be seen on time.

When I first met Dr. Borror, I liked her a lot. Later, when I had a medical problem she did not return phone calls. She does not concern herself with communicating results of expensive tests. At best, you will get a call from a staff person with a diagnosis in incomprehensible medical terms. When you ask for an explanation the staffer will not have one and and will not let you talk to the doctor. If you can wait a few weeks, you can make an appointment and pay for another visit just to get a 2-minute answer to a basic medical question. ... Also you might wait up to 45 mins to be seen (even for a 9 a.m. appointment), but there is a sign in the office warning patients if they are late they will have to reschedule. ... Office is very unresponsive to patients. ... I'm not sure whether Dr. Borror is to blame or if it's the office staff. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
