Dr. Smith was my OB for my first pregnancy and although she is not rude, I had to dig for information and when issues did arise I felt she was uncommmunicative and did little to put my mind at ease. Would have preferred a better bedside manner for my first.

Had to switch to Dr. Smith as regular Gyno does not do OB. Dr. Smith seemed fairly cold in the beginning but by mid-pregnancy was very warm and caring. I would definately reccomend her.

Dr Maggie has been my OB for 2 pregnancies. She's always taken as much time as I needed and is very caring! While her practice, KC Women's Clinic, is huge and the atmosphere and staff are sometimes hurried, all the docs I've seen there are great!

I went to see Dr. Smith for my yearly exam and to talk to her about trying to get pregnant. I just wanted to talk to her about when I was most fertile and if I was charting my temperature correct and she told me that she wouldn't talk to me about until I had been trying for a year. I didn't ask her to run tests I just wanted her to look at my chart. Also she looked at my family's medical history and said, "I see your dad has lung cancer, is he dead." Okay, no he's not but she could have asked in a different manner. To make things even worse she gave me a bunch of information on infertility on my way out, after she told me she didn't want to talk to me about it until it had been a year. I switched to a different doctor in the practice, Dr. Arroyo and I love him and his nurse!
