Initially had a bit of challenge getting the appointment. Found out the receptionist is new on the job, so that's ok. Just had our first telephonic appointment with Dr. Balasundaram, she is really great to talk to, took time to understand our needs, spent almost 35 mins with us to go over our Medical history, family history etc., She really invests time in knowing you as well which is a great experience, I have never seen any other doctors do that, so 5 stars to Dr. Balasundaram. I would recommend her to family and friends.

dr is very humble,polite and helpful but receptionist is a torture to go through .might change a dr because receptionist never give an appointment

Doctor is good and knowledgeable. The receptionist is a bit rude and times uses high voice.
Getting appointments soon is not going to happen here. You have to wait at least a week to 2 weeks to get appointment. Pls plan accordingly

Went to register with this doctor after recommendation from a friend.Great doctor with a friendly personality.Always smiling and great bedside manners.She made me feel comfortable at my very first visit.Not a pill pusher and was willing to listen to my concerns patiently and involved me in the decision making regarding my health which I really appreciate.I have now registered my whole family with her.

Great doctor with compassion and understanding.She is friendly and listens to my family's concerns.Remembers my kids by their names and very approachable -so much that my kids love going there to see her.Her staff are very good and helpful.Lucky to have her as my family doctor.

Glad Dr Bala has taken over this practice from my previous Doctor of many years. Made me feel comfortable at my very first visit. Seems friendly and was thorough getting my medical information. I am going to get all my family registered with as patients

The best Doctor I've ever had.I am very sorry to see her go.She is always friendly and listens to you.I feel like I can to go her and treats me like a person and not another case of sore throat.She. Will be surely be missed by her patients.I wish her all the best-Her new patients are lucky indeed!

I became her patient very recently.At the first visit I felt very comfortable talking to her.She was very thorough at my next visit for a physical and dealt with all issues I was going to discuss with her.Calm and smiling even though she was running late that day.I went to her due to recommendations from a friend.Very glad I found her as my family doctor.Thank you Dr B.We need more doctors to serve our community

I really like my doctor.She is caring and friendly-Always greets me with a smile-no matter how busy her day is.Shows genuine concern,explains things very clearly .I have had no trouble getting to see her.I have 4 kids and have always been able to see her quickly and when needed on the same day.Her staff are wonderful. I am glad I found such a wonderful doctor.
