Before my youngest sister died of breast cancer, she went to this doctor. Sometimes you can do nothing for a patient but you give them hope and kindness. This doctor did this for my sister.
The oncologists at the Cross Cancer Hospital could learn from this doctor's patient care model. He was so good to my sister. When I think of my sister's last days they were bad but a few good doctors like Dr. Randal Williams and Dr. Irene Colliton were there for us.
Be better Cross Cancer Doctors. Be better. And don't tell us you are cured when there is no cure for cancer. It can come back and it does. Tell us the truth so we can be realistic but tell us with empathy and kindness so that we don't lose hope.

Dr. Williams has left a lasting most positive impression on me while treating my mother for years. He was kind and understanding with utmost compassion when finding out about my mother's terminal diagnosis. His treatment and advice have helped her spend her last years with optimism and vigor in enjoying every moment of her life.

He was insisting that I should have a pacemaker when a much more informed
cardiologist said no way.

I just met this doctor today and he's a real sweetheart. He's kind and open. He's clear in his information and empathetic in his communication. He conducts a thorough examination and reassures you about the symptoms you have.
He's a specialist in cardiology and internal medicine as well. He follows up with other doctors and fits you in for emergencies. All in all I am glad he's on the team of my family.
