So impressed that he picks up his direct line every time we called re: parent in Care Home, so we never had intermediary staff to consult with. This availability and collaboration is a HUGE difference from the previous doctor we had. He is calm and he takes our suggestions seriously. On an occasion or two maybe he wasn't on his A game, and maybe had a higher opinion of LPN skills [and believing they weren't as hindered by their being overworked] than we think is warranted, but doctors are human afterall.

Dr Samoil was a great doctor to my mother. She was in a care home and when I had questions he always answered me promptly . Very knowledgable and kind .
