Jennifer saved my life. I had complained to my internist for about a year of a persistent cough and was not taken seriously. I mentioned it to Jennifer during an annual checkup. She promptly ordered a scan which led to a diagnosis of stage 3 cancer. She was wonderfully supportive through my treatment with other specialists and surgeries. I can’t praise her enough!

I made an appointment with Jennifer because I have an issue from a shot I received from the practice where she works. I attempted to discuss this distressing and health-harming issue with her and she made jokes, changed the subject, rolled her eyes and even made fun of me and humiliated me - it was a terrible experience as a patient and I finally walked out on the appointment. I would avoid Jennifer Bickford at all costs.
