Rude She was short with me and I felt like I was being scolded

I have been seeing Dr. Rumman for 2 yrs. now and I've had enough. You can never call the office directly, they have a call center and the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I am a nurse and I am always having to ask about labs I know should be done for whatever symptoms I'm having. I'm tired of managing my care. The office visit is always right around 5 min. Same questions, how are you doing, your blood pressure is high today (it always is when I go there), and then I show her my readings from home. Same thing, everytime. I could go on but not enough room for me to go into more complaints. I'm off to find another pcp!

I have been using Dr Rumman for over a year, she does not communicate with patients and is not caring. She seems like she just wants to move on to another room. She doesn't give information when asked about meds, labs, etc. She doesn't return calls and does not care about her patients.

Me and my wife have been her patients since she was in different locations, we followed her and willing to follow her any where she goes. She is professional and above board with us. She tells us everything she finds out about our health, she has good sense of humor and very humble . She has a great bed side manner. I would recommend Dr. Rumman to everyone I know

Run for your life. Incompetent. No follow up with results or referrals. Hard to contact and she has been downright inept in helping me get the care I need. As a cancer patient days count. Staff members are also incapable of returning a call or passing along a message. Screwed up a pharmacy order. Said they didn't receive results that I have confirmation from the lab was sent on Monday. Said they received them after repeated calls. Needed to see me in person. Went and made yet another copayment to get my results on Wednesday. Office called me today to give me the results. I guess the girl didn't know I had seen the doctor yesterday and have already seen one surgeon. Suffice to say. Anyone out there will be better.

Dr Rumman is a great physician. I am so glad to find such a caring Dr like her; she is very friendly and compassionate. I was very thorough in her exam and addressed all my concern . i would recommend her to my family and friends

Dr.Rumman is really wonderful. She is very polite and helpful, she went through all the medical problems and addressed them very well. Me and husband is very happy that we have this family doctor. she is best

Dr. Rumman is extremely nice and pleasant. Listens to you and gets you well.
I have a lot of health issues so it is important to me. She is extremely thorough
