Avoid this dr at all costs. He destroyed me and my family. He seems nice but he’s not. Very devious.

Definitely has unusual ideas of practicing his Speciality! Experienced his dishonesty , disloyalties, incompetencies and dismissals of patients from their rights stated by federal regulations to be active, informed and treated respectfully or billed fairly in receiving his services. I’ve lived long enough to find his unethical and immoral management of his choice of becoming a psychiatric MD and duties under his professional departmental of regulated standards and rights to patients in their important Patient Bills of Rights investing into receiving his service trusted not to be burdensome more for trusting to seek his service in the first place. Having to remind him his professional standards and choices to be a doctor and the amount of errors creating orders and making realistic medical notations to records are adverse risks and unfortunate set backs no patient should have insurance afford or investments intended appropriate where much trust and vulnerability exists by seeking his service to over all continuity to complex multiple serious morbidities in preserving a quality of life managing should never be jeopardized, over billed, misconstrued processed and or defensive late and rudely made worse for having expected to be with patient rights and treated with humanity while being fairly billed and to improve quality of life if even just a little would been a huge benefit instead of decreasing it for his choice being a doctor in this speciality in the first place where as defensive and immoral treatment seems more a status quo than a bad day! He seems progressing in his inappropriate conduct and errors and vulnerabilities exploited rather treated for reasons unexplained . I am one of other relatives observations and experiences that are as unfortunate and risky over all . It seems he has something more wrong with his own health interfering in his duties to professional regulations of his specialty and practicing of a MD in mind patients have rights federally held too if not common sense to know better. It’s awfully difficult to regain trust all over again and to realities for extraordinary trust needed to this area of wellness for patients who care for their health enough to invest in time ( also a huge burdensome issue in his maintaining safely to all patient care needs and rights to prevent problems he creates and chooses to practice medicine. Perhaps he will come to humane sensibility and an awakening or even better health of his own soon and discern being a poorly functional doctor is less noticed than being an immoral and inhumane person is far from expectations for any med health care doctor yet alone if his specialty his defensiveness is known to had exploit problems regardless of organic related to complex combined morbidities or if some patients seek care for specific needs seoarate related. The fact people seek to improve or maintain quality of life to appropriateness and or even better has experiences where the opposite would be incomprehensible even illogical for wanting to sit waiting as long as patients must to be objectified handed errors in print out of anz RX needed and afford the investments his defensiveness and projecting blame his obvious issues exploiting his own patients making good intent efforts is lacking common sense or comprehension what person desires to waste hours in a snail stuffy waiting room, waste their days and or hours needed to other responsibilities and pay to be mistreated and need to return to correct erroneous prescriptions print outs and or the correct year up loaded correct even proper filling authentic needed instructions or full dates so to avoid adverse risks and problems all the while being patient bc caring enough to take care if ur self to then sabotage the personal insurmountable efforts ! He is not even sensible in his unusual over defensive acts that the worse being hung up on for his misconstrued ideas of illogical patient good faith efforts and desire not to be made worse off having “ made him do it!?” Its been worsening over time it’s a rock and a hard place to tolerate this exhausting efforts are more about just a bad Day for choosing to be a Doctor vs set backs trusting all over again seeking a new provider in this continuity of care provider that is time consuming and more hardships examining all records and having his corrective needs to those too and even trusting this practice at all as a result of that must happen bc what is sensible to understand patients who care about themselves do not cause this rather learn ways not to react and respond to his offensive subtle degrading practice conduct toward more than just one of ma house hold . I just pray what ever us affecting his own emotional and or mental wellness is redirected soon !

Dr. Wyma was recommended to me by someone else I used to work with. He is nice and compassionate, but not on the ball. I waited over 45 minutes for my appointment, sorry I have work too. I set up a specific time for a reason. I was also already 15 minutes early mind you. I was set up to see the doctor about every six months. For myself, that is great. However, I had a job opportunity that required some paperwork be filled out by Doctor Wyma. I called over twice; over a period of a almost a month. I never heard back from him or anyone else. I was supposed to see him early this month (January). I didn't call to make an appointment and neither did his clinic. He doesn't even know who I am most times. Forgets what medications I have already been on. I pretty much have explained "me" like a first appointment 3x already. If you need a lot of time and support, but are doing "well", try another doctor. If your time is valued and important, try a different doctor. Some patients have experienced compassion. I have experienced unprofessionalism and a lack of compassion.

Family have over 10 years experience. It’s concerning as of past couple the medical / health services have changed in ways which are not consistent even between patients. Also perceived a burden for patients and families :
*doctors running behind schedule, ( wait 1.5-2 hours) which seems excessive waiting time to see Dr. Wyma for an appointment that does not cover entire patient care medications and symptoms or questions . He decides when he is going to stop and leaves important matters to await few more months.

* billing problems,: office seems uninformed of the amendments and entire mental health Hipaa and PHI Statues and laws. Their handling of patient records are not electronic and depends legability ir accuracies or subjective entries ti patient records . There have been noted errors on medications, status of prescribed medications when called in to a pharmacy the dose and amount have been inscurrate or not even aware what serious drugs he is prescribing and unaware to even inquire during appointments despite his written RX or refills of heart blood pressure and other important medications.

* indifferent and inconsistent patient care service quality and office manners. For example, many instances from one family member to another standards are different and unusual standards that seem unexplained and unnecessary to force another appointment for questions easily answered as any other doctor in the past or even this Dr Wyma; over the phone . It overly charges insurance companies and creates additional waste of time waiting on an average 45-1.5 hours to have an apoointment which is often incomplete. Office staff need to be cognizant the complexities of number and types of medications co exisuting diseqses and complicating and it congenital spinal disorders affecting symptoms to be discerned carefully. The only medications focused on are those causing a regulation for the Dr and patient’s interests are secondary to the doctors care to perform their own risk management compromising the quality and quantity patient safe and informative care too many instances . This is a situation increasingly a problem with the patient care service over all and information benefiting the patient to be informed for their needs and time planning or posted billing costs for appointment durations etc are not provided even when asked specifically. Insurance claims are selectively filed and have had to specify advise multiple times to process the Billings created in any way. Any unfortunate missed appointment with in 24 hours for illness or urgent matters are inconsistently billed between providers to the contract amount with the insurance companies to Dr Wyma’s significant over and beyond amount with examples in financial records to demonstrate this seemingly unfair billing practices and the aggressive attempt to force credit cards on their file or to get a bill paid yet to be received also seems inappropriate and another problem that interferes with appropriate over all patient safe and completeness of medical / health care and rights to make informative decisions due to unilateral decisions when time is up and what is to be discussed ! We have regretted this change and hope soon it shall be redirected by those managing these practices and overseeing quality care proper patient respect and insurance Billings etc ...

Other wise in the previous years Dr Wyma seemed knowledgeable, compassionate and completeness more safe than it is today . Also given the nature of the practice the added emotional or mental distress dealing with the office manager or few staff and their communication problems or even misinformation affects the over all patient medical mental and health care in addition to the investments.
