I’ve never felt so comfortable going to the dentist as I do now. Both Dr. Jennifer Cripps and Dr. Negin put all my anxiety to rest while having dental treatment completed. They both are extremely competent and professional yet are extremely down to earth, approachable and make you laugh. I cannot speak more highly about their office and staff.

We went to Dr Crypps for two years. The staff is wonderful and she is a really nice person. The problem is that she does not take enough time to examine teeth after the hygienist is finished. Or did not examine them at all. After two years I was told that there was a really big cavity under a front tooth crown. It was so big that the crown had to come off and the tooth underneath had to be removed and an implant put in by a dental surgeon. Also she told me at the last visit a second crown has to come off to determine the outcome of that tooth. Had the hygienist or Dr. Crypps examined the teeth thoroughly at each cleaning they would have found both of these cavities before extractions were necessary. The last app’t I was to be told what were my options and an app’t was to to have been made with the dental surgeon. Dr Jenn Crypps was off sick that day so her husband came in. I questioned why the cavities had not been found. I could tell he was getting upset and he tried to tell me crowns only last a certain amount of years. He would not accept that the undetected filling caused the huge cavity and nothing was wrong with the crown. He was very arrogant and acted like How dare I question him or his wife.I left that office and went straight to the oral surgeon and arranged everything with him myself. I even had the surgeon’s office call for my xrays. Worst dental experience I have ever had in my life!!! I had been a dental assistant so I completely understood what they did not do right. Too bad for patients with no knowledge!!!!

I've been going to this dentist office since I move to the Dunrobin area(28 years) and can't say enough.
Dr. Conrad and Dr. Jennifer Cripp's are excellent, they also referred me to a specialist for a root canal. Although they can do them ,Dr.Conrad Cripps said they are not set up the same as a dentist that all he does is root canals.Although I can not remember the name of the specialist he was excellent.I thought this showed a great deal of professionalism to refer a big ticket procedure to another dentist. The outcome was excellent and the crown was completed by Dr. Conrad Cripps.I have since switched to Dr.Jennifer Cripps since Conrad will be retiring sometime in the future and wanted to build a relationship with my new potential dentist. Dr.Jennifer is kind , caring and does excellent work.I would recommend this office and have many times with no regrets.

I can’t say I was totally pleased with her as my dentist. During my time going to her I required a couple extractions and root canals, for both, she referred me to other dentists to do. It was frustrating to me that these procedures she couldn’t or wouldn’t do so I found myself going to one dentist after another to get things done. Meanwhile I still got charged for her consultation and then again by the dentist that actually did the work. I also don’t believe I truly needed a root canal in one case that she said I did as the tooth wasn’t causing me any pain. It was simply that it was a front tooth that had chipped off a bit on the bottom of the tooth and needed a crown to stop the chipping but she insisted it needed a root canal before she could do the crown.
My inner voice was telling me that it was time to find another dentist. I just felt like I was getting bled for money everytime I went to her. She was friendly enough and the work she was able to do was okay but I just had too many instances where I felt she was limited on her ability to do the required work. I have since moved on to another dentist and find the prices much better and he only does work that is 100 percent necessary. When it comes to dentists it is a good idea to shop around. There are plenty of them and their abilities vary greatly.

She is such a compassionate and highly competent professional and she actually listens. She is also very skilled at delivering painless treatment and she always asks how you're doing as the work progresses and allows breaks. And what a staff! They make you feel welcome and respected. I just love this clinic!
