Dr Pilarsky is very professional, in case of an emergency, the appointment is quick, the team is very human , great doctor and great clinic!

Robert has been my GP since 2019, and I have been very pleased with the care I've received at La Licorne. When he first took me on as a patient, he was very professional and warm. I did notice him becoming somewhat brusque and impatient during my appointments over the past couple years, so I was not unsurprised when I received the notice that he was scaling down his practice to include only patients requiring more intensive/regular follow-ups. Despite the unfortunate change in his demeanour, he has been every bit as clinically thorough and attentive as ever -- I don't think he's any less of a caring doctor or person, he's just burnt out and doing what he needs to do, like so many professionals in the health network.
I will be sad to no longer be a patient at his clinic, but I am glad that his patients who need him more than I do will continue to benefit from this talented physician's care.
Special shoutout to nurse Benoît who always brightens my day when I'm in for a visit.

He's been my family doctor for 2+ years. Now that he's retiring, I'm on this website trying to find a trans-friendly practitioner such as him.
Great doctor, I'm happy for his retiring since he's clearly earned it.

Robert (yes he his that personable and friendly) has been my family doctor from even before he founded his clinic. He has been both following me and my partner through really harsh times, and I must say that this individual (and his staff) have been irreproachable throughout their professionalism, knowledge and bedside manners. Always taking means of arrangement, even if it’s out of his speciality.
Let’s do remember that doctors are also human beings and not machines. Also for those patients who are “victims” of long wait periods in the clinic, it takes just a couple of late patients to throw off the appointment schedule of the day and those late patients are the ones responsible for the other patients waiting for an extended period. So as patients, let’s do all our part and show up ON TIME. And don’t be surprised if you are charged for a missed scheduled consultation, is only fair as time is money as we all know, and our physicians have no time to waste. Good and reliable doctors are hard to find. I really do value this clinic. Thanks to all the team at La Licorne clinic.

I have never seen such of an incompetent doctor as Dr. Robert Pilarski.
This doctor is horrible at listening to the patiences needs.
He can be very stubborn and gives you the feeling that your health condition is meaningless. I seriouusly believe that this doctor is practicing medecine only for the money and not because he loves it! ---PLEASE AVOID this doctor!

Je suis très privilégié d avoir Dr Pilarski comme médecin,une personne ouverte,sympathique ,humaine,professionnelle.
Je l ai rencontré pour la première fois j étais étudiant international à Montréal et il a pris soin de pour tout de suite avec un suivi pour hépatite B.
Je suis très triste de voir des commentaires méchantes mensongères à son égard.
Je suis canadien de nationale maintenant,et je vois qu on très gâté nous les québécois on ne fait que chialer.
Regardons juste nos voisins du sud(usa).
Je crois que ce site Rate md doit être fermé pour toujours à cause de mensonge et de la haine qu il encourage.
Je vais perdre mon médecin de famille et je suis en rage vraiment.
Je connais de bons médecins compétents,qui tiennent bien le métier à coeurs et qu'il se font ridiculiser à cause de ce maudits sites qui n encourage que de la haine et de mensonge.
Je prendrai de actions contre ce site c est sur.

I have been going to this clinic for some time .. I always wait a long time .. I'm never accepted on time .. so I wonder why I should do an RV for a given hour, if I wait longer and longer anyway ..
After the allotted time for the visit, the doctor stretches out his hand in a gesture of farewell, which means that you must understand that this is the end of the visit.
dislikes too many questions, sometimes they are dismissed by silence and sometimes by a snappy attention.
He's cold, always seems to be busy with another patient at the same time .. I feel like an intruder.
If it was easy to change familly doctor, I would do it.
