I can't say enough good things about Dr. marcoux. She took me feeling my worst and turned my life around. She listened, never rushed me, had endless patients and did research for me. I recommend and talk about her to everyone!!

Michelle was very kind and patient, she worked within my budget and lifestyle preference to the best of her abilities, while giving me the knowledge needed to make the changes necessary to feel better. Her acupuncture technique is excellent and had a lasting effect.

I've seen Dr Marcoux for several years now and she has helped me immensely in overcoming my health challenges. If she doesn't know the answer to my questions she always makes sure to find out for me. I always recommend my friends and clients go see Dr Marcoux for any of their health concerns.

I am very frustrated with this Doctors Office. First, the staff are friendly but very unhelpful. You are on hold if you call, or they do not answer the phone at all. If you want to repurchase supplements that Dr. Marcoux has put you on, you have to take in your treatment sheet and show the receptionist or they won't sell it to you! So if you forget it, you are screwed. I have to drive in from an acreage so it's a huge pain in the butt. But I can walk across the parking lot and buy the same vitamins at the health food store, for cheaper. Does that make sense to anyone? Dr. Marcoux has been unhelpful in my issues. The vitamins and products they sell are very expensive compared to buying them at the health food store. I called and left a message for Dr Marcoux to call about a question I had, and I was told I would have to book a phone consult that I had to PAY FOR! It was a question! I am going to Dr. Barmby as I have heard really good things about her.

Dr. Marcoux left me very unsatisfied. She put me on so many expensive supplements, powders, vitamins, shots, etc. that I could hardly keep with it all! I ended up spending a few thousand dollars to feel worse than I felt before I saw her! She tried to change my diet (which is already a very healthy vegetarian diet, but I do enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning as well as a glass of wine on weekends) in ways that I was very uncomfortable with. She charges you for a simple 5-minute visit if you have a quick question about one of the ridiculously overpriced products she has sold you. I do not recommend this doctor!

Dr. Marcoux was my ND in B.C. I was so lucky to have her, she's extremely knowledgeable, kind and genuinely caring. I'd been working on my health for quite a while and was getting burnt out. She was the only one who really listened to me and respected where I was at. She worked with me and within my limitations at the time to help me get past that point and to feeling better!

Dr Marcoux was my naturopathic doctor for a period while she was in BC. She is a very knowledgeable and capable doctor who was able to provide effective treatment to help maintain all aspects of my health. She provided extra information for me when I was trying to make an informed decision about what which supplements were best for me, without going overboard. I highly recommend Dr Marcoux, she is someone who truly cares about her patients and is well qualified to deal with the emotional and physical well-being of those in her care.

I had been seeing a Naturopath and had a very poor experience. I went back to my family doctor, but I was so tired of having prescriptions that masked the symptoms yet were destroying my internal organs, I decided to try once more - I am so glad I did! Dr. Marcoux is not only the consummate professional, she made me feel comfortable, treated me with respect, and, best of all, did wonders for my psoriasis. Dr. Marcoux really listened to me and made sure that I was comfortable with a procedure before going on. I cannot be any stronger in my opinion, she is absolutely the most wonderful doctor. If I have a question that she isn't 100% sure about, she does the research and has an answer by my next visit, usually what she had thought. But it makes me feel so safe to know that she doesn't just whip out a prescription pad, or treat my concerns with anything other than total seriousness! I have, and will, recommended Dr. Marcoux to my family and friends.
