From booking my consultation through to my final post op Dr Anh and her team were absolutely amazing and helpful. The post operative care provided is second to none, the clinic is so aesthetically pleasing and the nurses are so caring. After undergoing a rhinoplasty last year I am very disappointed with the results; my nose is smaller but I now have a bump on the bridge of my nose and my nostrils are no longer symmetrical? When I queried this I was told it's impossible to make the nostrils symmetrical after rhinoplasty - shame I wasn't informed of that during the initial consult? After coming out of the procedure I was informed I'd have to have laser treatment to increase the definition of my nose? I'm heartbroken that I've spent so much money to become even more conscious of my nose than before the procedure.

Dr Anh has made me feel like not only a patient but a friend throughtout my surgical experience with her. Words can not describe how amazing she is . Her care and dedication to her patients is beyond anything I have seen in the medical Industry . She has such a outstanding team who always welcome you with a smile and are so understanding and supportive. They go above and beyond with their aftercare and no stone is left unturned . Not only has Dr Anh helped me with my physical appearance and confidence but with my approach and outlook on life . I can go in there feeling like the world is on my shoulders and they are always there to listen and I always walk out feeling so much better and in such a netter head space. Choosing Dr Anh as my surgeon was honestly the best decision I have made in my life.
I need some revision breast surgery due to battling cancer last yr and although this can be done in the public system for me but I am now looking into Dr Anh doing this surgery for me aswell as I know I would be so much happier with the outcome and how I would be cared for by herself and her team .
I also attend her medispa for all my treatments .
I can not thank Dr Anh enough for all that she has done for me . For her taking the time to personally message me or call me to check in on me not only about my surgical procedure but my life in general . I feel so blessed . Thankyou Dr Anh and her amazing team for changing my life everyday .

Dr Anh exceeds expectation of results desired with a professional approach, exceptional knowledge and experience. The post operation care is fantastic with encouraging and supportive staff that have an enthusiastic, caring approach to the healing of surgery, organised and sanitry.
Overall my experience has been a dream come and a blessing I will never forget, I will always be grateful for having such an amazing life changing roller coaster ride with such an amazing team!

Unfortunately $350 poorer, disappointed, upset and angry. It all started when I booked my appointment with the nurse for my 3D scan ($100) - I was so excited - couldn't wait to see what I could look like with breast implants. Went to see the nurse, had my appointment, did my scan, picked a size I liked, got a quote for everything even checked to see the dates they had free for my surgery and started to get all my finances ready to go because this was happening!!! Booked my second consultation with Dr Anh ($250) and was so excited. My appointment was at 10am, didn't get seen until 10:25am. While in the waiting room I could hear her chatting to the nurses about their weekends and plans...meanwhile I'm waiting to be seen. Once I finally go into her office, we chatted for a few minutes, I took my top off so she could examine my breasts and she says "so, you actually have Tuberous breasts" - like I'm meant to know what that is!? She then starts telling me how it isn't going to be a straight forward Breast Augmentation and that because I have deformed breasts it'll cost me more, telling me all these things left, right and centre, meanwhile my dreams and plans for the surgery have been shattered all she is concerned in doing is getting me in and out of her room as quick as possible, and couldn't pass me on to a nurse quick enough. She seemed to have no idea how overwhelmed, upset or angry I was - no symphaty and basically just casually told me how now I would have to pay an extra $6k. Although even Dr Anh said the nurse should've picked it up in the first appointment - I am still so disappointed and scarred by the entire experience that I wanted everyone else to know what I went through.

I've never felt so uncomfortable with a suregon before and her staff. The staff are very intimidating and you never feel like a customer.

I felt completely comfortable with Dr Nguyen for my breast augmentation. I was given all the information to go away with and make an informed decision with no pressure to book any surgery until I knew it was absolutely what I wanted. I had never had any surgery like this at all before, and I was very scared. Once I was in the hospital, I was made feel so comfortable and relaxed with the whole surgical team, it felt like it was all over in minutes. The days following my surgery I received calls from Dr Nguyen herself and her nurse to check in on me and make sure I was ok. The few following my surgery, they did feel very firm and unusual, but as each day passed, they settled in. The end results are AMAZING. I have so much more confidence. It’s defiantly a personal decision to get any sort of surgery but I would highly recommend Dr. Anh Nguyen to anyone. She is a fantastic surgeon and a lovely person, as are the rest of her surgical team. I can’t thank her enough
