I am speaking of personal experience with this doctor! He operated on me in 2019, twice!it’s supposed to be : removal of the mesh& hysterectomy, I had lots of problems from the word go with his work!
Firstly, his clinic manager TRACIE gave me the instructions before the operation which was : have a light breakfast at 6.00 am& come in for a 10.00 am operation! When I rang her up to say this doesn’t sound right, she said, no that’s right& she hang up on me!!!
He also had done a prolapse repair, without me consenting on that!!!
It was clearly, too tight& my pelvic floor was tearing , it felt like superglue inside me& I ended up throwing up& not being able to drink or eat & my wounds were opening& leaking!
Eight days later, he transferred me to Epworth Freemason to be cared for, he didn’t know how to,obviously 🙄
I was fed, through a pic line& all up, twenty days in hospital& lost five kilos!!!
It’s a long story, but I am still suffering badly, till 2023& God knows what is going to happen to me!!
He’s very good in hand balling you to pain management!!!
This is a lot more serious than pain management!!
Dr Al-Salihi, you can run, but you can’t hide😡
How about owning up to your mistakes& fixing what you’ve broken????
Clearly you don’t think that I know what’s happening to me! But it’s time, to stand up& be counted! Get a team of your colleagues together & try to give me some of my life back, which you’ve stolen away from me& my family, while you & your clinic manager can sit, stand, walk, drive, travel& enjoy you lives with your families??
I invite you to respond back & offer some help that I deserve, because none of your fellow urogynaecologists will deal with your mistakes?😡
Also, you’ve referred me to your colorectal surgeon at the RWH couple of years back, he said: leave it to me& I’ll speak to him tonight& someone will ring you tomorrow!
Up to date, no body did!!
You’re still in charge of that unit there& lots of Women’s lives has been ruined!! It’s not right!
I certainly wouldn’t recommend that person to any body!!
