It started with the random double bill for services,(they would bill BCBS and us) which was corrected when addressed. It then it progressed into bill's arriving 4 to 5 months after services were performed, spending hours on the phone with insurance companies contacting Feng's office directly (to tell them payment had been made), and finally, to Feng's office ignoring 2 certified letters and multiple phone calls asking for details and invoices. 4 months of requesting information and they have not answered or responded to the insurance companies or myself. We sent one certified letter in August and another in October demanding an itemized invoice and dates of service they claimed were owed. Then in November, a new bill with no information arrived and another in December, with none of the information requested arrived. As of today 12/9/22 there has still been no contact from them other than threats of fees and collection agencies. The techs were great, billing is incredibly shady at best.
