Doctor Nruyens office is screwed up. Billing is a mess and the staff is rude. This office has a high turnover in office staff and this is detrimental to long time patients. The office staff is not helpful and unwilling to explain things to patients and is uncooperative with patients and copay assistance. After 25+ years of seeing Dr Nguyen its time to find a new rheumatologist.
