At first this place did a good job being on top of me because I am a high risk patient. However, towards the end when they noticed things were going down south, I felt like I was tossed to the side. Jaclyn told me I was having a miscarriage but didn’t even have the audacity to follow up with me that weekend. She told me if I did not have any symptoms to come in the following week to do another ultrasound. I called the office to tell them I had no symptoms of a miscarriage. Ashley was on the phone and told me that Jaclyn would no longer take my case and be transferred to the fetus facility in Paramus. I had to find another facility to explain exactly what was going on. They immediately called me in for another ultrasound. I am disgusted at the way this place made me feel in the end and I do not recommend this place if you are a high risk patient

I'm currently 7 months pregnant, and Jaclyn is one of the doctors on staff. She is absolutely the most patient person (I tend to ask a lot of questions). She goes through everything with you step by step and makes you feel like you are in good hands. I hope she will be the person present when I'm ready to give birth. There is one male staff doctor that is very unprofessional and it is clear that his ego is in his best interest rather than yours or your baby's.

Jaclyn stepped in last minute to cover for our Dr. as it was Memorial Day weekend and our Dr. was not able to be w. us for the delivery of our son. We met w. Jaclyn a few hours before the delivery of our lil boy. She was very respectful, took her time explaining, informative, educational, all and all - she was great and totally put us at ease!! The Delivery went great, and Jaclyn stood on top of us making sure all was well for the entire weekend. Honestly, you couldn't ask for more! Her personality is stellar. She has a very sweet way about her that had us all relaxed and feeling good. I thank her for a job well done delivering our sweet boy…I wish her continued success w. her career. -DM
