Wow! He is the best out there! The GOAT doctor. He did an awesome job on my ACL reconstruction surgery. I’m thoroughly impressed with his compassion and care he brings to the table. No one else I would trust with my surgery - he’s the man!

I have had him for several years - he was top notch all the way. If all the doctors took the time and care, we all be better off. He has a pro-active approach to things

I have had him as a for a few years , multiple joint issues, and I have seen 3 other orthopedic surgeon's they were okay but Dr. Prochaska went the extra steps and time to treat you like a human instead of a number. I have been through a couple surgeries with him and my end results are excellent, and I am very happy with his methods as a highly skilled surgeon. I absolutely do recommend him to my good friends and family. One of a kind, I wish more doctors were like him !

Worst desision I ever made. I should have gotten a second opinion. I did after having him do two surgeries I seen 3 more doctors that perfom the same job and all 3 said that they would not have even done it in the first place. I had a hip scope done. Twice! It was all covered by workmans comp but for 36 days they said they would not pay me beacuse the doctor did not do the post op report. Took several calls to find out what the hold up was. Every time I called in to is office I was talked to like, "oh it's that guy!" After the first operation I was worse off and still had all the pain and symptoms I have before it. I also had evem more problems and after a run around he went back in and I came out even worse. So it came down to this... "there is nothing more I can do. We are done." So thats it. Two years late, in pain everyday and not one person from his office ever called to see how I was doing or even giving me an option. Worst thing I ever did. Should have left it alone.

I had surgery on my left knee in 1976. in 2004 my knee was realy hurting. I thought I would need full replacment. I went to Dr. Vern and said all I needed was a partial replacment (internial compartment). I went for it and was it great. It is now 2012 and the knee is still working good. Thanks Dr. Vern. I broke one bone in seven pieces in my elbow. A bone was sticking out of my arm. It was on a Saturday during Thanksgiving weekend 1999. Dr. Prochaska operated on me at midnight. My follow up visits with him were excellent. He always answered my questions and was very helpful. He literally saved my arm and I can use it at 95%. I am really grateful to him. He really knows his bones!

This guy is great. He's kind, compassionate, helpful and knowledgeable. He listens to you and what options you want to do about your problem. While I have occasionally had to wait upwards of 2 hrs past my appointment time to see him, it's always well worth it, and if you call the office ahead of time, they'll tell you if he's running behind. It seems like the reason he runs behind is that he always spends the amount of time he needs to spend with you, so if you need a 30min appointment, and you only have a 15min appointment, he'll still spend all 30 of the minutes with you. Great guy!

Dr. Prochaska has treated both my daughters for multiple sports injuries and myself for a broken leg and tennis elbow. He is very knowledgeble, kind, and has a great dry humor. He even was able to fix my daughters knee after she had problems for over 10 years. Wonderful physician!
