Awful, and frankly shocked that a young doctor would already seem to have the mindset of ticking boxes and collecting a pay check without actually caring or wanting to help her patients. I’ve been chronically ill for 3 years and had a team of doctors working with me to understand what is wrong. With all of the other doctors I have felt heard and cared for. With dr. brar, I have felt exactly the opposite. She makes me feel like a burden, not listened to, and dismissed , as many of my symptoms have been brushed off. Her answer is more medication with horrible long term side effects, which every other doctor has told me is not the answer. Anyway. There is just something that totally rubs me the wrong way. It’s almost a rudeness in her body language, tone, and things she says. Asks very few questions. I don’t get it. She has already forgotten that at the core of her job is helping people.

Absolute worst experience with a doctor I have ever had. Advocated for my body. Was dismissed. Was told to go home. Was told a hospital visit was not necessary. Was put on an oral contraceptive and sent on my way. Needless to say, I was bleeding out, I needed a blood transfusion. I was miscarrying without knowing. Now suffer from long lasting side effects because she refused to listen. I wish her dismissive attitude on no one. If she is your doctor, RUN

Dr. Brar is now at GP clinic in Niagara Falls Ontario. Doesn’t care to connect with patients. Sure do miss Dr. Dobbin. My 87 year old mother who lives alone got COVID, we called immediately for Paxlovid, it was not given to her. They sent a mouthwash that cost $44 and that my mother doesn’t need and didn’t request. It arrived 2 days after we called with positive rapid antigen test. No one called to follow up. She’s only on an antacid and there was question of medication interaction. So, no common sense either because you can stop an antacid for a life saving drug. Don’t NOT give a potentially lifesaving drug because of an antacid. Stupid. Obviously, the office doesn’t care.
