I WENT into their office 10 weeks ago with a front tooth cracked. They told me 4 to 6 weeks for insurance approval and here it is 10 weeks later and still no tooth. Their office staff is the most incompetent i have ever encountered.

The dentist is fine, it's the front desk staff that is unethical. They charged for cleaning when my insurance allows 2 cleanings per year with no co-pay. I called insurance and even after presented with the facts, office staff changed their story and said that that extra charge was due to my son's braces. I did not authorize special cleaning, we were only there for check up and regular cleaning. They have refused to reimburse me. Stay away from this office.

He is a great dentist. Very helpful for my daughter and myself. His staff is awesome and very nice. They make it a pleasure to go to the dentist and look forward to going. I make sure my daughter goes twice a year, but myself I put it off for years, until we switched over to his dentistry. Now I will make sure I go twice a year, as well. I highly recommend Dr. Ibrahim.

Dr. Ibrhim is very helpful and wonderful painfree dentist. You are in and out of the office very quickly. Office is clean and sunny and staff are very nice and helpful. Dr. I is good with my childern.
