Absolutely love her. She’s always giving her full attention even though she has a million other things to do/people to help. She definitely made my first experience becoming a mother an amazing one. Sometimes there’s a wait at her office but it’s only because she’s a one woman show- she makes sure to be at every birth and somehow take care of all of her patients in the office all at the same time. She’s really incredible

As horrible of an experience as they come: I called the office as an existing patient because of days profuse bleeding and was told the next available appointments was 4 months away. I asked the front to check with the doctor and was told the doctor "doesn't think it's a big deal and can wait", when I then said it is a pretty big deal leaving me unable to work for days, stuck in my bathroom bleeding through everything every hour, I was offered to schedule a biopsy, without the doctor ever bothering to talk to me directly, examine me, do any non-invasive testing, nothing. So if you want a doctor for whom it's either "no big deal" or go straight for invasive procedure because it's "holiday time" and "everyone's schedule is a little too busy" - then I highly recommend this. P.S. called another doctor as a NEW patient without having any connections, described the situation, got accomodated for an appointment, all the needed non-invasive testing, and a solution within under 1 month, so yes, if you are not willing to settle for this disaster, there most definitely are better optons out there.

Dr Jacob’s bedside manner is subpar. The office staff is amazing. Understandably Dr Jacob is a very busy Dr. but her attention to care and the concern to the patient is lacking. She comes in and out, no explanation as to why things are or why something is happening. Really disappointed.

I feel safe in her care, love Dr. Jacob. She's knowledgable, quick on her feet, and very caring (feel like she is misunderstood in this department). She takes every delivery personally. The staff in her office is exceptional too.

Dr. Jacob delivered all my children! She is knowledgeable, experienced, and really her her patients’ best interests in mind. My deliveries went from high risk to easy natural and quick - Dr. Jacob managed all. I highly recommend!

Dr. Jacob really went above and beyond in making sure I got the best care possible. I cannot thank her enough for really putting in the time and energy that she did. She was available for any questions, advocated on my behalf and truly cared about the health of my baby and I. She is a really kind and knowledgeable doctor- thank you, Dr. Jacob!

I have been with Dr. Jacob for 5+ years and she is excellent. She answers all my questions thoroughly, give me the time and attention, and excellent medical care both gynecology and obstetric. There is some times a long wait to be seen but it is because she has a high patient volume, and the wait is definitely worth it.

Dr. Jessica Jacob is rude and disrespectful. She called me "old" right in the delivery room and keep repeating it. Seems like name calling is acceptable for her. By the way, I was only 30 and it was in front of my husband who is younger than me.

Dr. Jacob delivered three of my children and each experience was incredible. I switched out of her practice at one point because I had a hard time with the distance and waiting time in the waiting room but switched back after 2 births. Thank G-d, my pregnancies and deliveries were all uneventful BUT Dr. Jacob reacts to each healthy baby with awe and amazement as if shes seeing the miracle of life for the first time. Yes, waits are long but she always gave me time when I needed it and displayed incredible patience and knowledge. She took charge at each of my deliveries and the staff at the hospital respect her tremendously. I had to switch out of her practice now again for insurance reasons but would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

For the patients that claim that she is wonderful, I wonder... does she treat patients differently based on race and/or religion? Who are these people who claim she is attentive? I waited for over an hour in the waiting room for her to spend 5 minutes with me. This happened during all of my visits. She doesn’t allow patients to ask questions even if you are a high risk patient. I was in pain and had the hospital diagnose me with a condition. She never followed up. I had to remind her of my condition. Even then I couldn’t ask follow up questions. So happy to go back to my previous doctor who unfortunately did not do deliveries. Why she is continuously allowed to treat patients this way, I don’t know. Just like restaurants get a grade so should doctors. Her rating an f for failure to follow through on the oath she made to take the best care of patients.
