I was overbilled for my dental charges and have been calling this office for over 3 months to get it resolved. Every time they tell me they are going to resolve the issue but then no action. I have spoken to the office manager several times as well as their billing department. On my last call I was told that they would send the refunded for the overcharge that day once their financial clerk was back from lunch. Still not resolved 2 weeks later and nothing but the runaround. I think I will call the action team at the news station to get some action, or at least warn others of this. Its a shame that the Dr. is allowing his practice to be discredited. He needs to remove his staff or is part of this blatant fraud. Beware!

Wow the comment in 2012 was not anything that I experienced at his office. His office was fully staffed and very courteous. The office was very clean and the doctor explained all my treatment options and made me very comfortable. He has since place 3 implants which included the crown too! I didnt have to go anywhere else to complete my implant treatment. He is a great doctor he makes you feel as if you are part of his family! I love this place and I highly recommend Dr. Michael Ontiveros

This is above all without a doubt the worst dental practice I have ever been to. I would plead with people, never go to this office.

the staff and the dentist are the most friendly people i have come across for a long time..all are very knowledgeable and always have answers to your questions. I recommend this office to everyone. I have only been going here a short time but feel welcome every time i walk in the office doors. The Dr. explains in detail what he wants to do and why it is necessary. He is the first Dr. that has had an actual plan for my teeth and is excited about getting me in a good place with my teeth. I am very pleased with the staff and the Dr himself
