What an amazing doctor. My transgender son was treated with dignity and the best of care during a full hysterectomy. Her technic leaves no damaging scars and the recovery was amazing. Receptionist was also absolutely professional and not judging and didn’t make the appointment awkward.

Having had an emergency caeserian, and a VBAC with Dr Mseleku I recommend her wholeheartedly. She has a warm bedside manner, is pro natural, and attentive. She can run late, usually because she attends emergencies. This is fine because you know one day that could be you.

I was referred to Dr. Mseleku a few years ago. I found her pleasant but not able to answer my questions the firt two times. For my most recent appointment, I mistakenly booked 30 mins later than the receptionist said she had told me. OK. My mistake. So I understood when I was turned away. I was not able to wait for another opening they said. The receptionist was cold and uncommunicative despite my apologies. It was an honest mistake. The receptionist, grudgingly, tried to accommodate me for the next day as my matter was urgent. Yet, the next day...AFTER I PARKED MY CAR, I received a VERY LATE sms saying the appointments were running 20 mins behind. I had already told the receptionist I had to pick my daughter up at a certain time the previous day when we re-scheduled. I waited over 40 mins then had to leave without seeing the doctor. In the meantime, there was obvious laughing, socialising and chatting as I saw staff go in and out of the doctor's room like they had all the time in the world while I waited. So, I wasted 2 days in a row trying to see the doctor with an urgent problem. I'm not going back.

Cruel, ignorant and cold. She talked over me the whole time and i left untreated and ashamed.

She refused to listen to my symptoms or answer my questions and blamed it on my "anxiety". She was demeaning and unhelpful.
