Dr. Chatoo is an excellent optometrist. She is very kind and helpful, takes great care of her patients, very welcoming. She made two pairs of glasses free of charge for my kid who has very low visual acuity (20/800). We will always be grateful. She is one of those doctors who restores your faith in humanity. Dr. Chatoo is an exceptional Optometrist who always makes time for her patients, and thoroughly reviews necessary tests and procedures before starting them. Dr. Chatoo engages her patients in a warm and friendly manner, and has a great memory. She always asks about my work and family life, remembering details from past visits with amazing accuracy. Dr. Chatoo is meticulous about eye health, and a born educator, always cutting through medical jargon with terms her patients can understand. Her practice is modern, with up-to-date tools and technology, but it’s her old-fashioned approach to patient care that will keep me coming back.

I love Dr Chatoo, very friendly and knowledgeable about eye care. She let's you know why she does certain eye tests and what the eye drops will do. If you can't "see" youserlf going to your old eye Dr. anymore, "look" up Dr. Chatoo. Ahhh optometrist humour.
