I turned to Lumeca to possibly get an antibiotic for my son who likely had step throat. Dr. watt was not very helpful and basically told me to see my family dr. She has poor bedside manner and was not very helpful. If I could have gotten into my dr (which would have been a week wait) I would have done that first. That’s why I turned to Lumeca! Not impressed with this Lumeca doctor at all!

Dr.Watt let her personal feelings refuse service to me. They wasted my time and frequently time of other patients by not being up front with me. The Staff was kind and sweet. Dr.Watt does not listen to her patients or their concerns. More concerned about her own perceptions.

Horrible, should not be a doctor. Dismissive, horrible bedside manor. Does not know much, just refers patients. Not much help at at. Will not return to her. Worst doctor I have been too. Horrible experience.

Front end staff very helpful, polite, caring, Dr. Watt very dismissive, interupting me, didnt take me serious....a waste of a appoinment.... will only see her in the future to get answers to my problem as I do not have a doctor. Sad.
