While pregnant I went to get my official referral to an OB. During that appointment the staff was nice. But the dr didn’t seem to take my concerns seriously, as this pregnancy was a very different feeling from the beginning. Saying that if I thought about it I would get sick, as if morning sickness (that was causing dehydration and extremely low blood pressure)) was something I was creating in my head. Once under the care of an OB we found out it was a high risk pregnancy and twins (my son has been in the nicu since birth-3min +} so I felt unheard and as though I wasn’t a concern to them, just in and out. . Currently had to go to the ER for chest pain, they said to see my primary and get a referral for a cardiac ultrasound, well after two weeks of calling , leaving messages and being disconnected/hung up on., put on hold for literally 10mins at a time and even going as far as having my chest X-rays and ekg finding sent to the office from the er and still no response. While they girls are nice the professionalism and patient care just doesn’t seem like a priority.

While Dr. Jalisi and her staff are very nice, they are very incompetent. Prescriptions don't get filled, referrals not made or filled out correctly, errors to insurance, etc. It's not worth it anymore. Had to switch Doctors.
